No. All initial consultations are free. We do not ask for payment until a contract is signed.

Yes. We are licensed general contractors with the state of Georgia. We are bonded and have general liability coverage.

There is no minimum project size. However most of our projects are relatively large in scale and usually involve major additions and or renovations.

In most cases it is not only preferred, but necessary for our clients to find a temporary housing solution while the project is in progress. The work is generally invasive and maintaining any comfortable living solution is simply not possible. However some projects do allow for clients to remain in their homes. In those circumstances we will work with you to create a living space that is isolated from the project and has as many comforts as we can reasonably provide.

Our contracts are either fixed costs or cost plus. The payments are tied to construction milestones and spread over the project. They are generally weighted to the beginning of the project to allow for materials and to the end of the project to ensure completion.

Yes. In all of our projects we strive to create homes that are energy efficient and are conducive to healthy living. Many green techniques are incorporated into everything we build and we will be happy to provide additional green options.
